As the owner and visionary behind Sparrow Construction, Colton Wilson has spent the last 10 years working in manual labor; the latter half focused on mastering the art of residential construction. His hands-on experience began while working in heating & air, and eventually starting his own painting company. After growing in love for manual labor and business ownership Colton gained more and more knowledge, and Sparrow Construction was established. Known for his dedication to craftsmanship and forward-thinking approach, Colton leads the team with a commitment to detail, quality, and client satisfaction.

Project Manager

Connor plays an important role in managing projects and working together with the sparrow team to move projects forward and grow Sparrow Construction. Connor strives to build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the state, aiming to foster strong collaborative partnership within the construction industry.

Madison brings unique planning and project management experience, supervising every phase of the project to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld. Known for his hands-on approach, he maintains an organized and efficient job site, expertly coordinating trades and solving on-site challenges. Madison's dedication ensures that each project meets Sparrow Constructions standards, making him a pillar of reliability and progress in the construction process.

Weston’s skill and attention to detail elevate every Sparrow Construction project. From custom carpentry to intricate finishes, he brings a level of artistry that makes each home truly unique. With years of hands-on experience, Weston's craftsmanship is essential to our reputation for exceptional quality and design.

Carpenter

Jalen is an eager and dedicated carpenter, working under the guidance of Sparrow Constructions experienced craftsmen. His passion for learning and commitment to quality makes him a valuable team member. Jalen is gaining hands-on experience across a variety of tasks, contributing to projects while honing his skills. With a background in custom heirloom quality furniture, Jalen brings a unique value and perspective to Sparrow Construction.

Administrative Assistant

Emma brings key support to the Sparrow Sparrow Construction team, aiding in pre-construction planning, system organization, scheduling, customer care, and supporting Colton and the entire Sparrow team. 

3D Rendering and Web Design

Kennedy is a digital designer who loves the technical and creative sides to the construction industry. With a background in computer science, Kennedy is essential to the sparrow constructions planning process. During the pre-construction phase of our projects Kennedy creates all computer-aided design (CAD) project drawings necessary to bring your visions to life before we ever begin.

Selections Coordinator

Sarah is the bridge between superintendents and homeowners in the active construction phase of our projects, Providing dedicated support by guiding the client through design decisions on all necessary fixtures and finishes to complete the job. Sarah’s role is essential in keeping the project on schedule by aiding the client in selecting materials and ordering all selections during the project. She ensures clients have a seamless experience, handling everything from countertops, to paint colors, to cabinet designs and more. Sarah’s commitment to customer service helps clients feel supported not only in the construction phase, but the entire way through to completion.

Chief Financial Officer
Nikki brings an extensive background in accounting to Sparrow Construction ensuring every project runs smoothly. Her expertise in financial planning through data analysis is instrumental in assisting the completion of projects on time and on budget. Nikki oversees the financial world of Sparrow Construction by managing budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies that support the company’s growth.
